I januari lanseras Sarah Stephans rapport om flernivåstyre och regionernas roll i EU, med fokus på Åland. Rapporten som ingår i serien Rapport från Ålands fredsinstitut/Report from the Åland Islands Peace Institute heter "Regional voices in the European Union - regions with legislative power and multi-level-governance. Perspectives for the Åland Islands" och kommer att presenteras för allmänheten på ett seminarium i Mariehamn den 11 januari 2010 kl 18.00 i Mariehamns stadsbibliotek.
