Some Alandic organisations, such as the Åland Islands Peace Institute, Red Cross, ABF-Åland and the union Mångkulturella, gather for the commemoration.

The programme includes some information about the HIV/Aids situation and knowledge about the illness by means of talking, watching a film and participating in a quiz. The activities will be accomponied with Lindyhop dance by Sofia Enros and Daniel Johansson, music and songs by Simone Gällroos and Emil Yohan, etc.
