The library and electronic material of the Peace Institute is available to the general public as a reference library. It mainly contains material on the Åland Example, minority and security issues and peaceful conflict resolution. If you are going to write an essay or thesis on a topic related to these areas, you are welcome to use the library, and, depending on our possiblities at the moment, our premises, while you are conducting your research. We can help you with input on topics, litterature and contacs, but can not provide you with a supervisor. Thus, your department and university has to be open for this cooperation.

If you are interested in using our resources, you are welcome to submit your CV, a short description of your areas of interest and your plans for your thesis as well as earlier works.
